Fairland Center is seeking a FT-Evening RN to join our team in a long-term care setting. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation and coordinated care. We value teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN, an active RN license in Maryland, and BLS/CPR certification, with preferred experience in geriatric care. This role includes competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
