Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (Iowa) required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and clinical teams.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families.
• Document care per regulatory and facility standards.
• Adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols.
