Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Evening shift in our Nursing department. The role offers an hourly range of $41.64 to $59.48 and a $5,000 bonus, with duties focused on patient care, assessment, and education under the supervision of Charge Nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure proper handling per policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and attend mandatory meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
