Job summary

Sholom is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist residents in achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through medication administration, treatment, and personal care. The RN will apply nursing processes to plan, direct, and provide care in accordance with standards and policy.

The role is based in Saint Louis Park, MN with an evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) on a part-time to full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN in Minnesota.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in achieving their highest well-being through medication administration and care.
• Provide direct nursing care following standards and policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan and direct resident care.
