Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening shifts (3p-11:30p) at our Greater Manchester Region facility.

You will provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu. Requirements include CT RN license, BLS certification, and CPI/de-escalation training within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a CT RN license.
• BLS certification required upon hire and maintained.
• CPI and de-escalation techniques training and certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate regularly on the patient’s condition and respond quickly to changes.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic milieu with age-appropriate care.
• Support professional practice and nursing standards within the organization.
