Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Greater Manchester Region at Manchester Memorial Hospital. The role involves patient-centered care, using the nursing process, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team in behavioral health settings.

Evening shifts, every other weekend and holiday, with a sign-on bonus and tuition assistance. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, hold a Connecticut RN license, and obtain BLS on hire plus CPI/de-escalation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and CT RN license.
• BLS certification required upon hire and maintained during employment.
• CPI and de-escalation training with certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates regularly on patient condition and responses to treatment to ensure safety and timely interventions.
