Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring full-time unarmed security guards for a retail location in Metairie. The role involves protecting clients, performing patrols, and delivering customer service while following site-specific policies. Shift is 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, pay is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Minimums include age 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and background check. Applicants must be able to stand/walk long periods, work outdoors, and ride a bike.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
