DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons is seeking a Restaurant Server for PM shifts. You will prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and ensure compliance with health regulations and local liquor laws.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, up-selling menu items, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification.
• Must have one or more years of previous guest service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Take orders accurately and upsell menu items.
• Follow health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Complete required side work and maintain a clean work area.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle cash and POS procedures per policy.
