Job summary

Union Las Vegas is seeking a DJT Server for swing shift/PM on-call coverage. You will provide food and beverage service, take and input orders via POS, upsell items, and deliver meals with accuracy while maintaining a clean, welcoming station.

Must be 21+, able to obtain a Health Card and TAM Card, and ideally speak Spanish. On-call shifts require flexibility, weekends, and holidays across Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to obtain Health Card and TAM Card.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials or promotions.
• Record and upsell orders; input orders into the POS accurately.
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen, verify accuracy, and deliver with condiments.
• Maintain station cleanliness, stock condiments, and set tables properly.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and possess knowledge of menu items.
