Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Restaurant Server (PM) to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience with prompt, courteous service. You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality service across all shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months in food/beverage service, and can read, speak, and understand English. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within Valor Hospitality

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Three - six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Skills and Abilities: Vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, print outs, and to observe entire restaurant; manual coordination to handle trays; able to read, speak and understand English; ability to lift 20–40 lbs; stand for long periods; effective communication.

Aufgaben

• Greet and take food and drink orders, serve orders, and accommodate special requests while maintaining service standards.
• Restock and clean during opening/closing side-work.
• Memorize menu items, recipes, and specials; answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wait-station, and service area to meet health requirements.
• Ensure accurate guest checks and payment handling; document orders properly.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings; stay informed about products, service and facilities.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly with knowledge about hotel services.
• Present a clean, professional appearance; maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor.
