Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Residential Support Staff to work in group homes in North Side, Brighton Heights and McKees Rocks, Pittsburgh, PA. The role offers $17/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts with the option to select available hours and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate, person-centered support to residents with mental health and/or IDD, helping with daily tasks and ensuring safety. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Physical/TB screening
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• PA State Criminal Background
• FBI-Dept. Human Services
• PA State Child Abuse Clearance
• Some assignments may require a Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring activities support individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform such as meal prep, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents as needed
