Job summary
Morris-Jenkins is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for our evening shift in Charlotte, NC. You will perform preventative maintenance and service repairs, listen to customer concerns, and solve problems, building lasting customer relationships.
The role offers a company vehicle, free uniforms and laundry, bonuses, ongoing training, and year-round stability with available overtime. Experienced technicians earn between $85,000 and $150,000 annually, with growth paths based on skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with residential HVAC maintenance or service repairs (heat pumps, furnaces, AC).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- EPA Universal or Type II/Type IIEPA certification.
- Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of required tools.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
