Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Residential Specialist in Santee, CA, with DailyPay available. You will provide direct, person-centered care to individuals with disabilities in a home setting and empower them to build independence.

The role offers a 2PM-10PM Thursday-Saturday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team focused on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, dressing, mobility and organization.
• Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.

About the Role:

Residential Specialist – Start a Meaningful New Career (DailyPay Available!)

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person‑centered approach, you’ll empower people to engage in daily life, make choices, and build independence — all while growing your own skills and confidence.

Pay: $20.00–$20.65 per hour

Schedule: The schedule for this position is Thursday–Saturday, 2PM–10PM

Location: Santee

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

We’d love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
