Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a responsible staff member to monitor and support consumers in a residential treatment setting. You will help ensure safety, provide motivational guidance, and assist in daily program activities and scheduling.

Requirements include a High school diploma or GED, Oklahoma driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication skills. This role may involve transport of participants and routine documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, observe, and ensure safety and well-being of consumers in a residential treatment setting.
• Provide motivational and educational support to assist consumers in meeting therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate program schedule, safety, and orderliness.
• Maintain shift logs and complete paperwork timely and accurately.
• Transport participants to appointments and activities per policy and laws.
• Assist in intake/discharge procedures and orient new clients to program guidelines.
