Ideal candidates have social services or health care experience, strong crisis management and communication skills, and can maintain professional boundaries. Duties include supervising residents, logging activities, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Mature, responsible individual with experience in social services or health care.
• Strong crisis management, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available for shifts 3:00pm-11:00pm and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of residents and the facility.
• Complete hourly building checks and document completion.
• Conduct house and dining room checks; monitor activities and curfews.
• De-escalate volatile situations per agency protocol; document all shelter activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' files and logs; complete shift paperwork.
