Job summary

Sunflower Communities in Minnesota is seeking an Overnight Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) for Elmore Assisted Living. This full-time or part-time overnight position runs 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, with a $21.00–$25.00 hourly rate including shift differentials.

You will assist residents with ADLs, provide supervision and safety, respond to call lights, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver is helpful but not required.
• Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care.
• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Provide overnight supervision, support, and safety monitoring.
• Respond promptly to resident needs with compassion and professionalism.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and communicate updates to nursing staff and leadership.
• Help maintain a calm, comfortable, and structured overnight environment.

Job Title: Overnight Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) | Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN
