Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Patient Care Assistant at 100 North Beacon Street in Brighton. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support daily living activities and patient comfort.

Under licensed supervision, you will document vitals, assist with hygiene, meals, and mobility, and help with admissions and discharges. Ideal applicants have NCCT certification and 1–2 years of patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• NCCT Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Experience in patient care in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks and document vital signs and basic measurements in EHR.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, eating and mobility for patients.
• Support admissions and discharges and maintain clean patient rooms.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians and communicate patient needs promptly.
• Ensure safety and provide 1:1 observation as required.
