Responsibilities

• Perform patient care duties and document vital signs, etc.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and daily activities.
• Maintain stocked and clean patient rooms and equipment.
• Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR) accurately.
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges as needed.
