Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Calverton, MD. This part-time role provides 14 hours per week, evenings, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools under supervision of a BCBA.

Pay ranges from $22–$27 per hour with a schedule including evenings (4:00pm-7:30pm, Mon-Thurs). Benefits include PTO, holidays, training/certification assistance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour

• Part-Time: 14 hours/week

• Shift Options:

  • Evening: 4:00pm-7:30pm Mon-Thurs

• Location: Calverton, MD 20705 and surrounding area

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
