Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Gwynn Oak, MD. This part-time position offers 10 hours per week with afternoon shifts (2-4pm) and a pay range of $22–$27 per hour, primarily serving in-home or in-school settings.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success, all while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
