Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This 25-hour per week, part-time role offers in-home or in-school ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, with data collection and progress documentation as core duties.

You'll support families, maintain a safe environment during sessions, and have opportunities for paid training, certification assistance, and career advancement as you grow with Actify ABA.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
• Part-Time: 25 hours/week
• Shifts: Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Friday
• Location: Baltimore, MD 21207
