• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of professional related experience.

Responsibilities

• Programming: Offer a variety of programs that meet the needs of the UNT community.
• Facility Management: Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Pohl Recreation Center and auxiliary facilities.
• Risk Management: Ensure that space and equipment are safe; train staff on emergency response and certifications.
• Fiscal Management: Develop, manage and monitor the informal recreation program budget.
• Staff Administration: Hire, train and staff the informal recreation program.
• Member Services: Manage memberships, lockers and access control; cash handling and POS oversight.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and build relationships.
