Liberation Programs is seeking a Weekend Residential Support Staff for Liberation House in Stamford, CT, to assist with the inpatient treatment program for men. The role focuses on safety, documentation, and supporting Recoverees in a structured residential setting.

Responsibilities include emotional support, protocol documentation, meal/medication scheduling oversight, and crisis intervention as needed. Previous behavioral health experience and HS Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Crisis Management training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure emotional support and safety of Recoverees
• Conduct and document facility protocols
• Monitor Recoveree meals and medication schedules
• Smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of previous shift
• Maintain open line of communication with Clinical Supervisors and Program Director
• Conflict resolution, de-escalation & crisis intervention
