Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in case management, preferably in substance abuse or mental health.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to medical, psychological, and social services.
