Job summary

Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) in Norman, OK, seeks a Consumer Recovery Specialist to lead recovery groups and document notes precisely. You will conduct sessions on various topics and monitor quality of group documentation while supporting a respectful, supportive environment for youth aged 13–17.

The role requires a 2:30pm–11pm evening shift, full-time status, and non-exempt classification with shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (DHS requirement).
• Associate degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting two years of relevant experience for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct groups with consumers on recovery topics and document group notes accurately.
• Routinely conduct peer reviews regarding the quality of group notes.
• Be a consistent and positive role model for consumers entrusted to our care.
