Job summary

Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation in West Houston is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support administrative operations after hours, Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

You will maintain resident contact lists, issue badges, direct calls, and help create a welcoming environment while upholding our CAPLICO values. We offer competitive wages and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic receptionist duties including answering calls, directing callers and greeting visitors.
• Ability to maintain updated resident contact listings and sign-in/out procedures.
• Professional appearance and courteous, supportive attitude towards staff and visitors.

Receptionist

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 4:00pm-8:00pm

Duties:

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Maintain a current listing of critical residents and/or residents who may not receive phone calls due to their condition.
• Greet visitors. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
• Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel, as appropriate.
• Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
• Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed.
