Job summary

Drury Hotels in Greenville, SC, is hiring for a front desk/guest service hospitality role. You will help create a welcoming experience for guests during the evening Kickback and assist with everyday hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, guest service experience, and the ability to manage inventory and provide friendly, proactive service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel guest services or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inventory of food items and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest hospitality operations during the 5:30 Kickback.
• Ensure lobby and kitchen areas are clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stock levels.
• Represent Drury with integrity and hospitality to customers and co-workers.
• Assist guests with questions about the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly service with a positive attitude.

What you will do:

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
