Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking a 2nd shift Receiving Team Lead for Palmetto, GA. The role leads order planning, staffing, and process management to support efficient warehouse operations. The position oversees durable medical goods, with emphasis on safety, quality, and team performance.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12am, with starting pay $24.08 per hour. Candidates should have lead/direct experience and SAP/WMS familiarity, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Lead and direct experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills & hand tools experience.
• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule and plan/prioritize work to meet customer requirements.
• Alert team to special configurations or delivery requirements.
• Process information in SAP system.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for tasks.
• Oversee packaging inspection to ensure proper procedure.
• Ensure proper labeling on all items.
• Support continuous improvement and safety
• Assist in training new hires and in reports.
