Fresh Express is seeking an Assistant Receiving Supervisor in Streamwood, IL. The role focuses on managing the accuracy and timeliness of receiving loads, supervising the receiving team, and ensuring forklift performance meets business goals in a cold warehouse setting.

The position runs Monday to Saturday, 3:30 pm–1:30 am, with emphasis on GMP/SOP compliance, safety, and timely reporting. High school diploma required; AS 400 and Excel skills are a plus; bilingual abilities valued.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years Receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AS 400 and Excel proficient preferred.

Responsabilités

• Unload coordination.
• Support process improvement teams.
• Ongoing management of associate development, discipline, safety and morale.
• Shift-end sanitation and housekeeping.
• Maintain food safety, employee safety, and quality standards.
