Childwise ABA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism, delivering evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment.

You will collect and record data, implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs, and support activities of daily living, with shift hours Monday to Friday 4:00-8:00 PM, 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and behavior management skills
• Experience working with kids preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
