Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures, produce high-quality images, and support physicians with patient care. The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program.
• Requires ARRT national certification and state licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical radiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiographic procedures according to departmental guidelines.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, risks and preparations.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and prepare them for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe patient environment.
• Document and communicate results and collaborate with care teams.
