Banner Health Corporate is seeking an Evening Lead in Radiology to provide clinical support and leadership during non-day shifts at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. This position requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS, with multi-modality capabilities and a focus on safety and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
• Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or modality qualified licensure
• Licensure by state regulatory agency required, if applicable
• Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required (MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CAT Scan, Mammography)
• BLS certification required
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant imaging modality and coordination

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support during evening operations and oversee department workflow
• Coordinate resources and ensure safe, efficient patient care and service delivery
• Mentor staff and participate in performance evaluations and training
• Contribute to quality improvement, QA/QC activities and policy interpretation
• Assist in staffing decisions and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining patient care standards
