Strong Hold is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our Louisville-area team onsite. You will inspect products, analyze test data, and provide improvement recommendations to uphold high quality and safety standards before shipment.

This role is ideal for college students, recent grads, or those pursuing a career in Quality within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Onsite schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred; 1–2 years in inspection or quality tech is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic math and measurement tools is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products at various stages to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Use measurement tools and math to evaluate dimensions and specs.
• Maintain inspection records and draft quality reports.
• Identify defects and report for corrective action; ensure test equipment is calibrated.
