Job summary

Quaker Window Products Co. is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Auditor I to inspect materials and monitor production processes for conformance to specifications.

You will use inspection tools, document results, and collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and minimize costs. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long shifts on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Basic mechanical comprehension of windows and doors.
• Knowledge of Quaker Window and Door products and materials.
• Safe and efficient usage of power tools such as saw.
• Proficient in fraction and decimal units of measurement.
• Preferred: 90 days of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform quality review on products in process of being made for one product line.
• Learn to perform quality control audits on finished products.
• Coordinate with manufacturing departments personnel to optimize quality activities.
• Use inspection tools to evaluate parts and document results.
• Document audit activities using tablet software; record Pass/Fail and rework details.
• Support production leaders with interpretation of standards and procedures.
• Interpret quality policies and work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Assist in development of inspection reports and improvement opportunities.
• Fill in at different workstations as auditing needs require.
• Maintain regular attendance at assigned location.
