Job summary

Bachoco Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift at the Fort Smith, AR plant. The role monitors finished product compliance, calibrates equipment, and ensures adherence to HACCP, GMP and SSOP guidelines to maintain product quality and safety.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and offers a competitive benefits package including holidays and paid time off. Shift timing is 4:30 pm–2:30 am.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing competencies and teamwork required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP and SSOP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation and ensure calibration of equipment.
• Monitor product attributes to meet finished product specifications.
• Verify product complies with in-plant food safety requirements.
• Observe and document HACCP, GMP and SSOP procedures.
