Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a full-time Public/Guest Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in Glenmark Hotel's public spaces and guest areas in Glendale, CA. The role requires English fluency and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

You will clean public areas, corridors, lobby, restrooms and fitness facilities, stock supplies, and assist with guest requests while following Azul Hospitality standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write, and understand English (primary language).
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Excellent customer relations skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of public areas, storage and administrative spaces.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms and fitness center; maintain cleanliness to standards.
• Move supplies, operate cleaning cart, and restock as needed.
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries; respond promptly and courteously.
• Keep work areas clean after shift and convey information to team.
• Participate in Deep Cleaning and special cleaning tasks when required.
• Assist Room Attendants and handle guest room turnover as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness in all assigned areas.
