• Adhering to traffic laws/signs for safe shuttle operation
• Communicating with customers and management via radio
• Completing pre-trip inspections per safety requirements
• Recording passenger counts and trip times
• Handling paperwork involved in daily operations
• Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown
• Sweeping shuttles and maintaining cleanliness
• Reporting mechanical issues to management
• Following company procedures for shuttle operations
