Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment.

The role is part-time with rotating afternoon/evening shifts (2pm–10:30pm). Benefits include Daily Pay, and no health insurance or paid time off are offered. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure timely patient movement and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/HCP certification required.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike.
• Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.
• Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.
• Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
