Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Satisfactory clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and provide nursing care with physicians for individuals or groups.
• Educate patients' families and assist in discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document and report information per policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report patient safety risks to physicians.
