Hampton Behavioral Health Center in Westampton, New Jersey, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (3pm–11pm). The RN provides direct patient care under physicians and treatment teams, ensures a safe environment with crisis management, documents care, and upholds the center's mission.

The position offers a $12,500 sign-on bonus, opportunities for overtime and shift coverage, and competitive benefits through UHS. NJ RN licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year psychiatric nursing experience, or 2 years medical/surgical with leadership and strong clinical skills.
• NLN accredited program preferred.
• ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and responds to medical needs of patients under physicians.
• Conducts safety checks and implements behavioral management techniques.
• Maintains the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.
