Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center, a 120-bed acute care psychiatric hospital in Westampton, NJ, is seeking an RN for two 7pm-7am shifts and one 11pm-7am shift (32 hours/week) with rotating weekends. Overtime opportunities and a $12,500 sign-on bonus are available.

Responsibilities include direct patient care under physicians and treatment teams, safety checks, crisis management, and documenting care while upholding the center's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN licensure is required.
• Minimum one year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two years of medical/surgical experience with leadership, strong clinical skills, and motivation.
• CPR certification required.
• BSN/BS preferred.
• NLN accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and responds to medical needs of patients under the guidance of the physicians.
• Conducts safety checks and implements appropriate behavioral management techniques.
• Maintains the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.
