ServiceMaster Project Team is seeking an Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician in Newport News, VA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., with $18–$20/hour pay.

You’ll learn a skilled trade, receive hands-on training, and contribute to maintaining and restoring commercial floors for local businesses. Ideal for students or recent graduates, the position offers paid training, a company vehicle on-site, and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician roles as you gain

ServiceMaster Project Team – Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician

Already Have Experience?

Experienced floor technicians are encouraged to apply. If you have previous experience with commercial floor care or hold industry certifications, we'll consider your background for advanced placement and higher starting pay based on your skills and experience.

If you're dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll teach you the rest. As part of our Project Services Team, you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians.
