ServiceMaster Project Team is seeking an Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician in Newport News, VA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., with $18–$20/hour pay.

You’ll learn a skilled trade, receive hands-on training, and contribute to maintaining and restoring commercial floors for local businesses. Ideal for students or recent graduates, the position offers paid training, a company vehicle on-site, and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician roles as you gain

Qualifications

• Dependable and eager to learn with pride in quality work.
• Team player with ability to work Monday–Friday evenings.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• No prior experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Interest in learning a skilled trade and growing with the company.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and restore commercial floors.
• Operate professional floor care equipment.
• Maintain VCT, tile, concrete, and specialty flooring.
• Safely use commercial cleaning products and equipment.
• Deliver high-quality results for businesses in Hampton Roads.
