Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential program. You will lead staff on shift, coordinate house schedules with the Program Manager, and provide direct care including ADLs, meal preparation, and required supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year of hire, if required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Provide Direct Care including ADLs, meal prep, and supervision requirements.
• Oversee medication management and administration.
• Coordinate Incident Management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs: menu planning, shopping, housekeeping, and maintenance.
