You will join a dedicated team, provide encouragement, coordinate activities, complete shift reports, and help maintain a safe, confidential environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is appreciated; this role offers growth opportunities and a chance to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or human services is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout their detox and residential treatment experience
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Help facilitate therapeutic sessions and recreational activities
• Complete shift reports for the clinical team
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the treatment program
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required
