Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Pomona, CA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing activities in the Pomona facility. Working hours are typically 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision, mechanical skills, PM experience, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in assembly/manufacturing.
• Mechanical proficiency with hand tools.
• Project management experience and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety and production efficiency across production lines.
• Decrease production errors, improve quality, and boost efficiency.
• Adhere to production schedules, assign personnel, supervise progress, and resolve line constraints.
• Report results through shift production summaries.
• Conduct training programs based on production needs.
• Perform annual employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain positive labor relations per collective bargaining agreement.
• Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering teams; support digitalization with tools like Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, and dashboards.
