Responsibilities

• Ensure the Safety of our People and our products
• Troubleshoot equipment individually and with operators when there is downtime
• Coordinate with operations to balance production and maintenance
• Define project priorities and monitor team performance to ensure quality and efficiency
• Provide leadership and feedback in line with the Performance Management System
• Manage the PDCA process from problem statement to countermeasure implementation
• Support reliability improvements through changes to procedures and equipment
• Develop and communicate procedures that support production strategies
