Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Torrance, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily production team on a full-time, on-site schedule. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to meeting customer demands while maintaining high quality standards.

The role offers a 2:30pm–11:00pm shift and opportunities to drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and data-driven decisions across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production process.
