Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED;Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct our Production team.
• Hire, train and direct entry level production staff on a fast paced shift.

• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA standards.
