Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners seeks a Production Supervisor in Wisconsin for a high-volume assembly environment. You will lead a defined shift, coordinate daily production, support team members, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

Onsite role with structured schedule and shift differential, bonus eligibility, and no visa sponsorship. The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication, and continuous improvement through Kaizen and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Ability to lead using a servant leadership approach.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve equipment/process issues.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive environment aligned with servant leadership.
• Address employee relations matters professionally and escalate when appropriate.
• Support operating metrics by establishing goals, monitoring performance, and driving improvements.
• Ensure employees receive training in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 5S standards.
• Lead and reinforce a safety‑first culture through daily practices, training, and proactive risk reduction.
• Maintain production flow, monitor WIP, and support adherence to scheduling requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and support production team members to achieve performance, quality and safety goals.
• Promote continuous improvement by Kaizen, waste reduction, and process enhancements.
